GOT With A Fitness Twist

Game of thrones is not a TV series but a religion for many of us. The series has been running successfully for a long time and the seventh season is all geared up to be released on July 16, 2017. And we simply cannot contain the excitement. We must not forget that what makes GOT an unforgettable experience is the choice of wise words that the characters can be seen using.  Ever thought about taking some inspiration from the GOT characters to take an aim at working out and fitness?

We have shortlisted a few for your reference below.

  1. “Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder.” (Littlefinger, GOT)

Your first few days at the gym or any other fitness center are not going to be easy. However, amidst the chaos; try and find the best methods of getting acquainted with fitness and work out schedules.

  1. “Once you’ve accepted your flaws, no one can use them against you.” (Tyrion Lannister)

The journey towards fitness will also help you reflect on your flawed lifestyle and eating habits. Apart from working out vigorously at the gym, you also should take care of your diet plan.

  1. “I’m not going to stop the wheel. I’m going to break the wheel.” (Daenerys Targaryen, GOT)

Try to blend all kinds of fitness activities for outstanding results. Mondays with zappy Zumba and Tuesdays with energetic aerobics, weekends with yoga, etc should make a perfect fitness plan. Try to break all sorts of limits that you have surrounded yourself with.

  1. And you’re still far from tasting victory

“The war is not won.” (Jaime Lannister)

Shedding weight is not the only reason why people choose to go gymming. Toning the body is equally important and you cannot afford to put a full stop to your fitness endeavors. Keep learning new things and growing each day, for a fitter and a better life.

  1. “If you think this has a happy ending. You haven’t been paying attention.”(Ramsay, GOT)

Fitness is an ongoing journey that refuses to stop at a point. Keep pushing yourself each day for higher goals and targets. For instance, promise yourself 100 crunches in the first week and say about 200 in the next one and so on.
