Telling the fitness tale through Music
Music is constant in our life, isn’t it? There’s a breakup song trending and romantic tracks exist in huge numbers. Ever thought how fitness blends with music? Some songs actually speak your mind and symbolize your current state.
Here are a few songs that we feel are relatable when you come to think of it.
When you crave for fitness and grow sick of your unfit body. “Bhoole se hi kahin, mil jaye tu kahin.” *sigh* Dreams do come true!
On realizing how badly you need fitness, you begin working on it rigorously. You simply cannot wait for the day when you will transform into someone absolutely fit. Hence, the doori is too much for you to bear. *hmmmph*
When the foodie in you awakens and urges you to take a bite here and there. But, you have to look away. Iss dil ka kya Karen? Dil toh baccha hai ji. Thoda kaccha hai ji.
When your weighing machine signals that you still have a long way to go. It asks you to wait a little to achieve your desired goals. Karo intezaar! (Coz intezaar ka fal meetha hota hai na)
When you are panting on the treadmill and your body asks you to keep running. Bhaag, bhaag, it yells. Keep running for effective results, mate!
Fitness regimes expect too much out of you, no? At times, you find your body hanging somewhere up in the sky but then that’s fun. The more you experiment and exercise, the better it is. Remember, you will go Aage while zamana will stay peeche if you continue doing what you are up to.
When you forget to hit the gym for a day and skip your fitness regime, your fitness dreams begin to fall apart right in front of your eyes.
When you finally achieve your fitness goals and can go ahead, flaunting your sexy and fit body. Live your life like you had always wanted with fitness becoming a part of your life.
