Just because you’re on a diet does not necessarily mean that it’s the
end of your social life and you have to cross out all your plans revolving even
remotely around a food joint. So let the worries take a back seat and just enjoy

Our bodies are bombarded with all sorts of toxins no matter where we go, be it in
our food, water or even in the air we breathe. Not many of us go by the age old
saying of ‘your body is a temple’ but judging by the pace that our lives
have become accustomed to, a thorough self-cleansing is not only a requirement but
our prerogative.
