Billing Cycle - When you sign up and purchase your FitMeIn membership, your first subscription cycle will be billed immediately and is valid for a period of 30 days from there on. You can renew your subscription on the same date each month or at any subsequent time you chose to.

No Refunds - PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

Cancellation - MEMBERSHIPS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Request for cancellations will be considered upto 3 days from purchase of a membership, only if it hasn’t been used. You can request for cancellation at any time during this period by emailing us at The decision to provide them otherwise, are at our sole and absolute discretion.

Hold - In lieu of cancellation, we also give you the option to put your membership on hold at any time, subject to a reduced fee of Rs. 600 per billing cycle. Please notify at least 5 days prior to the end of your billing cycle, if you want to put your membership on hold. (i.e., if your billing cycle ends on September 30th, notify FitMeIn that you want to put your membership on hold by September 25th.) Even though your membership will be on hold, your account is left active and functioning to view all classes.
